My Razor Isn’t Providing a Close Shave
If you are not achieving a close shave, try these solutions.
My Razor is Faulty
If your razor arrives damaged, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. If you accidentally damage your reusable razor, we will also provide replacement parts (excluding postage costs).
My Razor Isn’t Shaving at All
If your razor is not cutting hair: Ensure you are using a double-edged blade that is properly installed. Verify that the razor is assembled correctly, with the flat side of the guard facing downward and the ridged side facing upward.
