My Razor is FaultyUpdated a month ago

If your razor arrives damaged, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.

If you accidentally damage your reusable razor, we will also provide replacement parts (excluding postage costs).

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Provide clear images of the razor so we can assess which parts need replacement.

  • You must have been using the razor for at least six months.

  • Replacements will not be issued for minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or chips).

  • A £2.99 postage fee applies for replacement parts.
