If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Once the 30-minute window has passed, we cannot guarantee cancellations, as the order may have already been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
